Families: Name, email, phone, ZIP code, and information voluntarily provided about a child (such as age, grade level, educational needs, disabilities, support needs, and inquiry history). Schools: Contact, profile, billing, and subscription information.

2. How We Use Information

To generate school matches, facilitate parent-initiated inquiries, improve the platform, process payments, communicate updates, and operate TeaganAI.

3. Sharing Information

Family contact information is shared only with the school(s) a family chooses to contact through the TeaganAI platform and only if that school has an active subscription or other authorized access to receive family inquiries. Schools that appear in search results but are not eligible to receive inquiries will not receive a family's personal contact information. TeaganAI does not sell personal information to third parties.

4. Payment Processing

Payments are securely processed through Stripe. TeaganAI does not store full credit card numbers.

5. Cookies

We use cookies to maintain sessions, improve performance, analyze usage, and enhance the user experience.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

TeaganAI is intended for use by parents, legal guardians, and educational organizations—not by children. Parents and guardians may voluntarily provide information about their child, such as age, grade level, educational needs, disabilities, and support needs, solely to generate appropriate school matches and facilitate parent-initiated inquiries. TeaganAI does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

You may update your account, request deletion, or unsubscribe from marketing communications, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.

We may use trusted providers for payments, analytics, email delivery, and cloud hosting.
